Since winning the top prize in the 2008 Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, Ms. Hu has been in great demand both as a concerto soloist and recitalist. Just this spring, she was in Moscow competing in the International Tchaikovsky competition. Her program includes Beethoven's Sonata in A Major, Op. 101, Nocturne and Impromptu by Scriabin, Fantastic by Schumann, and Arabesque on the Beautiful Blue Danube by Strauss/Schultz-Evler. |
